WE ARE HIRING – Bookkeeper & Office Manager

aLoveSupreme is a quirky, illustrative range of homeware and stationery. We are looking for a Bookkeeper and Office Manager to assist us on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the ALS office
  • Being the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Ordering office supplies and consumables
  • General administration related to office management and filing of documentation
  • Accurately capturing supplier invoices on Pastel on a daily basis
  • Generating customer invoices daily
  • Debtor control and statements
  • Reconciliation of supplier and customer ledgers
  • Petty cash management and reconciliation
  • General banking

Experience in administration and bookkeeping (preferably on Pastel) will be an advantage.
