A Love Supreme shares a space with Starlings Locale Cafe at 2 Mark Road, Claremont (a hop, skip and a jump away from Cavendish Square). We are looking for a fabulous someone to manage our gorgeous shop and be a remote administrative support to the A Love Supreme Team.
You will be responsible for merchandising, taking and recording sales (Excel spreadsheet), stock count and control, placing orders with the ALS team for replenishment stock weekly, reconciling sales (credit card and cash), reporting sales (daily and monthly) and organising weekend staff. You will offer ad hoc administrative support to the ALS Team. This will include capturing sales reports and stock takes (in Excel), making updates to our website and general admin.
As a brand ambassador for A Love Supreme, we are looking for someone who is warm, engaging and friendly. You will have a secret love for admin and order, and an eye for merchandising.
The hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 – 12pm (12 hours per week). If you have your own laptop which you are prepared to bring to work, this will be beneficial.
