aLoveSupreme is a quirky, illustrative range of homeware and stationery. We are looking for an Office and Stores Administrator to assist with the management and administration of our retail stores, consignment stores and offices. With offices and a sale shop in Kenilworth, and shops in Claremont and the Waterfront, we are a close-knit team of ten people on a mission to grow this business and have fun along the way!

Your responsibilities would include:

– Management of consignment and retail stores

– Office (and storage) administration

– HR admin (staff leave, systems and recruitment)
– Assist with production and orders
Organising and reconciling stock counts at all stores

Experience required:

Applicants should be proficient in Excel. Experience in working on Pastel will be an advantage. We are looking for someone who is systematic, detail-oriented and able to multi-task; a problem solver who gets the job done!
