aLoveSupreme is a quirky, illustrative range of homeware and stationery. We are looking for an Office and Stores Administrator to assist with the management and administration of our retail stores, consignment stores and offices. With offices and a sale shop in Kenilworth, and shops in Claremont and the Waterfront, we are a close-knit team of eight people on a mission to grow this business and have fun along the way!
Your responsibilities would include:
– Management of consignment and retail stores and staff
– Office and storage administration
– PA to MD (including au pair responsibilities & HR admin)
– Assist with production and orders
Applicants should be proficient in Excel. Experience in working on Pastel will be an advantage. We are looking for someone who is systematic, detail-oriented and able to multi-task; a problem solver who gets the job done!
Applicants MUST HAVE THEIR OWN CAR!
This is a contract position until the end of December, at which time the position will be re-evaluated.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30 – 6.30 pm and Friday 10 – 7 pm
