What shipping methods are available?

We base our shipping on where in the country you are located. Once you have entered your address the shipping cost will be calculated. We do however have various shipping options for orders.

1. Free shipping for all retail orders over R750 in South Africa!

2. Collect from our offices at 9B Wessels Road, Kenilworth, Cape Town.

3. Courier to your door. R85.00 to Western Cape. R115.00 to Gauteng (JHB and Pretoria). R115.00 to Kwazulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, North West, Limpopo & Bloemfontein.

4. International Shipping via FedEx - Your shipping will be calculated automatically at check-out. 

I am in a rush and need my order as soon as possible. What do I do?
Please email us at hello@alovesupreme.co.za to confirm whether we have the stock you are looking for, and to see what we can arrange to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Is it possible to add an item to my order after it has already been placed?
Yes of course. You can create a new order and select “Pick Up” so you don’t have to pay again for shipping. If you select this option please put your request in the “Order Special Instructions” section that we should add to your previous order (please include your order number). Alternatively, email hello@alovesupreme.co.za with your request!
Can I have my order wrapped as a gift?
With pleasure! We can gift wrap your order and include a note too, at no extra cost. Please add your request in the "special instructions". 
How long will it take until I receive my order?

Please allow 2 working days for your order to be packed and processed, with delivery times as follows:

Cape Town: 1 day

Main centres: 3 days

Outlying: 5 – 7 days

International: This varies depending on location, however the maximum lead-time should be 2 weeks. 

I’m in love with an item, but it’s out of stock on the site. What should I do and how often do you restock?

I am struggling to checkout online. What can I do?
Ah no, how frustrating! Sometimes technology is not our friend, but let us help you. Please email hello@alovesupreme.co.za with what you would like to order (you can even take a screen shot to help us) and we will send you an invoice with banking details so you can do an EFT.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We aim to ship your order through to you as soon as possible, so should you wish to make a change to your order please email hello@alovesupreme.co.za promptly.
I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?

We are so sorry that this has happened! Please send us an email so that we can resolve this.

We would love to be in touch with you. Please email melissa@alovesupreme.co.za and she will be delighted to assist you!
Where are your products made?
All our products are designed by Ryan Botha in house and manufactured within South Africa (except for our coffee cups which are manufactured overseas). We try find the best people to assist in the manufacturing process to ensure high quality products. We are proudly South African!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally via FedEx. If you would like to have an order shipped overseas please check out and insert your delivery address. Your shipping will be calculated automatically. 

All duties and taxes relating to international orders must be covered by the customer.

How should I care for my fabric product?
Pigment printing has a limited lifespan and can fade over time. Please machine wash cold with a gentle, low spin cycle and with like colours. Where possible turn the product inside out when washing. Detergents should not contain any optical brightener. Do not tumble dry. Cool iron if required.
I want to return my product. Is it refundable?
If you have decided that your purchase isn't for you, and it is still in the same condition in which we sent it to you, you are able to return it for a refund less the shipping cost.

Can I pay via EFT? What are your bank account details?
Yes, you can! If you'd like to pay via direct bank transfer, please select that option at checkout and send your proof of payment to hello@alovesupreme.co.za
